Enrollment
How long do I have to decide if I would like to accept a position?
When a position is available you will receive an email with an enrollment packet to complete. You will have 48 hours to complete and return your enrollment pack with supporting documentation. If we do not hear from you within this time we will follow up with a phone call however if we are not able to contact you, the hold on your position will be removed.
What will I need to provide in order to secure my enrollment?
- Payment of Enrollment Fees are required.
- Enclosed in your enrollment pack you will find all the information you need to start your journey with Manta. It includes key information about our fee schedule, rebates and method of payment. There are several important documents in this pack that we ask you to complete and return to confirm your enrollment including:
- Enrollment Form
- All About Me
- Copy of Immunization History
- Copy of parents driver’s license
- Action plan for asthma, anaphylaxis and/or allergic reaction if applicable
We understand that gathering all of this information can be difficult and so recommend that families have these documents ready well ahead of time to ensure the 48 hour time frame from offering is met.
Is there a minimum number of days required for enrolment?
No, however we recommend a minimum of 3 days as we believe your child will benefit from building strong trusting relationships with their educators and peers and settle in more quickly the more frequently they attend.
